I am Jules, a results-driven Career Coach dedicated to helping the next generation navigate the early stages of their careers with clarity and confidence. With over twenty five years’ experience in corporate recruitment and specialised career coaching, I bridge the gap between education and the realities of the professional world.

Today’s early career job market is far more complex and competitive than many people realise. Talented young people often leave school, college or university with strong academic results, but little understanding of how recruitment really works, how to present themselves to employers, or how to stand out in a crowded field.

This is something I have seen first hand, not only through my professional experience but also as a parent. I have three young people of my own who have recently navigated these same challenges. Watching them and their peers go through the process made it clear just how underprepared many bright and capable young people are for the realities of securing their first role.

My mission is simple: to equip young people with the practical tools, insider knowledge, and confidence they need to successfully launch their careers. I also work closely with parents who want to support their children through this important transition, providing guidance that turns uncertainty into a clear and achievable path forward.

Your first step is a free 20‑minute discovery call to clarify your goals and see if we’re a good fit. After that, coaching sessions are one hour long and cost £90 each, or £400 when you book 5 sessions.

The 9 module journey is available for £700.
